Open the Pondy Food World app and sign in, then go to Account → Delete account. Confirming this action permanently removes your account — no separate request or email is needed.
Your profile (name, email, phone number), saved delivery addresses, wishlist, cart, and device notification tokens are permanently deleted from our systems as soon as you confirm account deletion.
Records of orders you have already placed are kept after account deletion, as required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance. Each retained order record includes the delivery name, phone number, and address used for that specific order at the time it was placed, independent of your deleted account. This information is not linked back to an active account once it is deleted.
